It is, of course, hard to ignore the symptoms of lower back pain - sometimes they even prevent us from sleeping. We can have low back pain for all sorts of reasons - it may have been triggered from poor habitual sitting posture, poor lifting technique for heavy loads, road traffic accidents, pregnancy and arthritis - these are just a few examples.
But before we go on - let me remind you that you are not alone: lower back pain will affect up to 80% of us at some stage in our lives. So - what is your story? Scoliosis is a common daily presentation in my practice. However - what are the different types and symptoms of Scoliosis? What are the most effective scoliosis treatments?
