Manage Back Pain

Back pain

by John B.

I have a pain in my lower back all the time. it is worse by night and after sitting. I work as a taxi driver.

I have tried Physio, chiro, massage and accupuncture. They all help a little but I am wrecked and broke from it returning quickly again.

Do you have any advice on what to do next?

You have not found the right therapist for you.

Either get an MRI scan and have your doctor advise you, or look for a specialised Physiotherapist in back care. Ask the therapist their experience and then go and see them if your happy!

Good luck! There is a cure..... Sally Ann.
