Manage Back Pain

My Back!

by Anonymous

I have a severe scoliosis all my life. I am 60. Doctors tell me that my back should have been operated on when I was a child but it was never addressed.

Up until last year I spent up to a thousand euro a year on physiotherpay for my pain and posture. It always helped but i became reliant on it and had to return for treatments weekly.

By chance my most recent Physiotherpaist is a qualified cranio-sacral therpaist also, and the combination of both treatments means that I only have to attend once a month for a session. They canot correct my scoliosis but they can prevent it fom getting worse and I have less pain and stiffness. Its great news!

Hi There,

Delighted to hear you have found a treatment approach that works for you.

We all respond differently to different therapies. However my advice to people is that if after three sessions of treatment you are not feeling a definate difference try something or someone else!

Good Luck! Sally Ann
